Alipta (a trade name of Outvie LLC) sets up text messaging for training facilities. These terms explain how those texts work.

Who sends the texts

Texts come from the training facility you signed up with, in the facility's name and from its number. Alipta runs the system that sends them on the facility's behalf.

What you'll get

Replies to your inquiry, follow-ups about booking, requests to review the facility, check-ins if you haven't trained in a while, and occasional program updates.

How you sign up

You only get texts after you agree to them, for example by ticking a box on the facility's form or by texting the facility first. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything.

How often

How often you get texts varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop. You'll get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@alipta.io.

Your number stays private

Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Phone carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
