These terms cover your use of alipta.io. Alipta is a trade name of Outvie LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Alipta", "we", "us"). Questions: hello@alipta.io.

Using this site

This site describes our services and lets you request a free Google visibility audit. Please don't misuse it, for example by sending false information, trying to break the form or flooding it with requests.

The free audit

The audit is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It's based on publicly available information and what you tell us, and it's for your information only. It isn't a guarantee of any result.

Our services

If you become a client, the work we do for your facility is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

No guaranteed results

We report what actually happens. We don't control Google's rankings, reviews or policies, and we don't promise any particular ranking, number of reviews or number of returning members.

Our content

The text, design and logos on this site belong to Outvie LLC. Please don't copy them without asking.

Limits of liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
